Event Space Questions

What are the different spaces The Swiss has available for my event?

We have 4 different areas at The Swiss Restaurant & Pub that can be reserved for events.
• Our Loft Area seats 10-13 people and is located above the front room dining area.
• The Front Room is our main point of entry and can seat up to 50 people.
• Our Middle Room seats between 60 and 80 people and has a stage, PA system (for rent), microphone, projector, and screen for use as well.
• The Game/Pool Room contains our pool tables, shuffleboard, Foos ball, and Skee ball games. This room seats 60-70 people and is a perfect space for casual parties or children sports banquets.

What are the rental fees?

The areas available to be rented privately for your event are the Game/Pool Room and Middle Room together or the Game/Pool room only. Rental fees cover the room rental fee only, do not go toward food and beverage balances, are non-refundable and due at the time the reservation is made.

• Fees: Game/Pool Room: 2 hours- $150; 4 Hours – $300; each additional hour – $75
Middle Room and Game/Pool Room together: 2 Hours – $250; 4 Hours – $500; each additional
Hour – $150

(Middle Room cannot be rented by itself due to the arrangement of the rooms)

Is there a reservation fee?

We do not charge a fee to reserve any of our event spaces if they are not requested to be private. The last available reservation on a Friday or Saturday is 7:30 pm.

Is there a minimum food order?

We do not have a minimum food order requirement for large groups (the exception being when the whole restaurant is rented out privately). We have our Large Party Menu as well as our Buffet Menus to serve large groups who wish to pre-order food for their event. We require the food order to be made at least 10 days in advance of your event. A credit card number will be needed when the order is placed but the card will not be charged unless the event is canceled within 72 hours of your reservation date and time; otherwise payment for the food is required on the day/night of your event.

What drinks do you have available for large groups?

We have a full bar and offer many nonalcoholic beverages as well. We offer several ways for groups to pay for their beverages:
• A specific tab amount can be set up and monitored by the serving staff
• Tickets can be used to exchange for a beverage
• Guests can be on separate beverage checks
• An open beverage tab

Can we decorate the space for our event?

Guests are welcome to bring in banners, balloons, table toppers, napkins and linens. We do not allow any glitter or confetti of any kind, candles, balloons that impede the view of the stage, altering art or moving items that are part of The Swiss ambiance.

What about parking?

All parking is public parking. The fees and time limits vary depending on the day and time that you are visiting The Swiss.

Can we bring in a cake for our event?

We allow guests to bring in a cake or cupcakes if they are celebrating a special event. The guest must also provide plates and utensils for the cake or cupcakes.
